Meanchey University

Meanchey University is a historical achievement , born from the wise and talented vision of the Royal Government of Cambodia, with the three Samdech Akka Moha, especially Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, who always pays attention to human resource training.

His Excellency General Ke Kim Yan, Deputy Prime Minister , President of the National Authority for Combating Drugs and Lok Chumteav OknhaMao Malay is an outstanding founder who led the initiative to establish Meanchey University with the participation of local authorities, armed forces, local and foreign government officials, local and foreign philanthropists in order to turn the area into a battlefield.
