It is a State Foundation university founded by the Cyprus Science Foundation and started operating in 1990. Since the first year it was founded by the Turkish Higher Education Institution (YÖK), it has received equivalency in all its departments.

Our university is located in Lefke Region, which is one of the paradise corners of Cyprus with its calm and peaceful daily life and student-friendly people, built on a hill overlooking the bay where the Mediterranean looks another blue with its natural and historical beauties.

EUL, with its excellent infrastructure and technological equipment, is the educational torch of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in the west.

Master’s Programs

TRNC – TR National Students (Thesis Programs)

Tuition	2,300 TL / lesson (Total 7 Lessons)
Seminar Fee	2,300 TL
Thesis Fee *	4 lesson fees
Term Registration Fee	1,280 TL

5% VAT will be added to the specified fees.

* : For the theses that have not been registered in 2 semesters, a course fee is required for each semester, starting from the 3rd semester.

Doctoral Programs

TRNC – TR National Students

Tuition	3,450 TL / lesson (Total 7 Lessons)
Seminar Fee	3,450 TL
Thesis Fee *	4 lesson fees
Term Registration Fee *	1,280 TL

5% VAT will be added to the specified fees.

Admission and Registration Conditions for Turkish National Students

Students who are citizens of the Republic of Turkey are admitted to our University within the framework of the criteria determined by YÖK and according to the results of the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) organized by ÖSYM every year. Horizontal and vertical transfer applications are evaluated within the framework of the principles determined by YÖK and student admissions are made.

For the programs that require an aptitude test, they must get at least 150 raw points from the TYT (Basic Proficiency Test) and be successful as a result of the ‘aptitude test’ conducted by EUL.

Students who have the right to register at EUL can apply to the Registrar’s Office and Registrar’s Office with the following documents and register.

Documents Required for Registration:

YKS Result Document / Internet Printout for the year of registration (6 copies)
High School Diploma or graduation certificate (Original + 4 copies)
Identity Card (Photocopy)
Passport (Photocopy)
New dated residence certificate from the relevant headman
8 passport size photos taken within the last six months
“Military Status Certificate” to be obtained from the relevant military branches from male students who have reached the age of military service.
Tuition fee bank receipt (first installment of the Annual Tuition fee and registration and student union fee)

Note: In order for the children of teachers, officers, non-commissioned officers and police officers to be eligible for a scholarship from the relevant scope, the parents must submit notarized photocopies (front and back) of the Mission Identification Card and the Turkish Identity Card at the time of registration.

The confirmation of the documents to be submitted by officers, non-commissioned officers and teachers will be requested from the relevant institutions through the official correspondence to be made by our University. The information to be provided by the institution will be the main element in awarding the relevant scholarship.

Admission and Registration Conditions for TRNC National Students

TRNC students can enroll in the four-year undergraduate or two-year associate degree programs of their choice with the placement made according to the EUL Entrance and Scholarship Exam.

2000 TL Term Student Activities / Services Fund fee + 2000 TL Registration Fee (one-time), (One-time registration fee for the Faculty of Dentistry is 4000 TL)

Registration Requirements for Students Who Have Completed High School Education in TRNC or Citizens of Other Countries

Students who are citizens of TR or other countries and have graduated from a high school or an equivalent school in the TRNC are accepted to our University as TRNC students and placed according to the EUL Entrance and Scholarship Exam.

High school diploma or equivalent (Original + 6 copies)
8 passport photos,
Pre-registration fee bank receipt
Official document stating that they have completed their high school education in full-time TRNC High School or equivalent for students who are citizens of Turkey or other countries.
