Institut Supérieur Agata CARELLI (ISAC)
he Agata Carelli Higher Institute is a Catholic institute of higher education initiated by the Canossian Sisters, on the road from Mission Tové to Agoè-Legbassito. It was at the invitation of Mgr Philippe Kpodzro, Archbishop emeritus of Lomé, that the Canossian Sisters arrived in Togo on November 21, 1994, coming from Italy. They begin with the Catholic Vocational Training Center Madre Agata Carelli (CCFP MAC), inaugurated on November 24, 1999, with a view to training young people on a professional level. The Center is recognized by the Togolese State according to decree n° 99/029METFPA-CAB on the opening permit. Over the years, CCFP MAC has offered diversified training to young people: Sewing / Modeling / Styling, Hairdressing, Higher Technician Certificate in management secretariat and in economics and management, Technical High School G1, G2,
After several years of training for the Higher Technician Certificate diploma, the CCFP MAC underwent restructuring which led to the birth of two distinct structures: the Catholic Center for Technical and Professional Training Madre Agata Carelli (CCFTP-MAC) which contains the Technical High School and the Couture section and the Agata Carelli Higher Institute (ISAC) which trains young people in BTS, Professional License and Masters.
Entered into account on August 3, 2015, the new name Institut Supérieur Agata Carelli (ISAC) is endorsed by the Togolese State according to decree n ° 053 / MESR / SG / DES and recognized as an institution of “good quality” definitively integrating it into the order of higher education institutions according to the standards recommended by the supervising ministry and CAMES.
