Short information

School of history, progress, excellence, for nearly 20 years, the Polytechnic Institute of Buildings and Public Works (IPBTP) is a school based in Lomé, Togo which trains high-performance professionals, at the service of Public Works. At the IPBTP Institute, learning is strongly focused on practice thanks to a specific school rhythm alternating theoretical courses and practical courses on our exercise platforms or in workshops. These are supported by mandatory internships.

The IPBTP Institute is approved by Order No. 01/92/MTFP/SG/CPO of December 28, 2001.

  • CAP: Building design, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, electrical equipment.
  • BT: Civil Engineering, Public Works, Electrotechnics
  • BTS: Civil Engineering, Public Works

Fees

a) Registration fee: 15,000 FCFA for all specialties

b) School uniform      13,000 FCFA for all specialties

c) Cultural activities – Insurance        5,000 FCFA for all specialties

d) Tuition fees           

* CFA: 40,000 FCFA / year for Togolese     60,000 FCFA / year for foreigners

* CAP: 95,000 FCFA / year for Togolese     115,000 FCFA / year for foreigners

* BT: 240,000 FCFA / year for Togolese      260,000 FCFA / year for foreigners

* BTS: 360,000 FCFA / year for Togolese   380,000 FCFA / year for foreigners

Required Documents

Documents to be provided for registration to IPBTP

* Two (2) legalized copies of the civil status document

* One (1) medical certificate dated less than three (3) months

* One (1) certificate of education

* The original of the Bulletin of the last trimester

* One (1) BEPC or CAP transcript for BT candidates and BAC transcript for BTS candidates

* One (1) handwritten request addressed to the Director of Studies of the Institute

* Four (4) passport photos and three (3) stamped envelopes addressed to parents or guardians

* One (1) scholarship certificate for scholarship students

* One (1) letter of commitment to cover the costs of studies legalized by the parent or guardian

* One (1) ream of A4 paper.
