Apply To Hill City University, Liberia
- Get Application Form (Information Sheet): Get your Application Form (Information Sheet), fill it and submit to initiate your admission process. Completed application form now undergoes screening , make sure to submit your Academics Credentials. Your credentials will be reviewed by the Pre-Admissions Committee within 3 working days.
- Application Review Outcome: If your application has passed the initial screening, you will receive a phone call invitation to schedule your selection interview or entrance.
- Review of Applicant Submission: Our review process has put us in the top 10 schools and colleges in the Africa. The prospective applicant or Student application and documents will be reviewed after submission for eligibility of the students application.
- Entrance and Evaluation: During admission process, freshmen students are to sit for an entrance examination after payment of USD20 entrance fee. However, students who are transferring to HCUST will transfer and evaluation fee of the of such student academics transcripts.
- Selection / Registrations: For successfull candidates or applicants into Hill City University of Science and Technology, Liberia who successfully pass the entrance examination will be selected and afterwards proceed to registrations fee payment of USD50 and academics credentials documentation.
- Application Completed: Accepted candidates to Hill City University will be issued instructions on enrollment procedures. To become Admittted student into Hill City University of Science and Technology, addmitted candidates have two payment options for their fee payment:
- 60% payment tuition payment after registrations process and balance 40% before Examination.
- USD100 payment after registrations and monthly payment for completion before examination.

Accommodation options for international students are:
- Rental apartment: You can find lots of rental apartments in Liberia
- University dormitory: Foreign students have the opportunity to live in the dormitories of the university if they are in satisfactory conditions.
- Hostel: Hostel is available for any interested student at the rate of USD 250 per semester with student bunk bed for 4 students per room. If interested, collect the form from director of residence and property. (Mr. Agbure Aaron: 0775334161). Note that, it is 100% payment to secure space.

- Monthly utilities for single person: 230 – 300 USD
- A single person estimated monthly costs are: 700 – 1200 USD
