Galen University Tuition Fee

As a Galen Eagle, your financial responsibility is to pay your tuition and fees in a timely manner.

Each semester, you are expected to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $300.00 and your tuition cost. The $300.00 registration fee is paid in two parts, a perching fee of $200.00 on confirmation of acceptance and $100.00 at registration.

The registration fee of $300 enables you to have access to the following:

  • Electronic library and e-books under the blackboard Collaborate program
  • Printing of materials issued from time to time
  • Unlimited wifi connection on campus
  • Campus life, including SGA, peer counseling, life coach counseling, etc.

Tuition is the cost per credit hour for the courses that you take per semester.

  1. The cost per credit hour is $400 (1 class is 3 credit hours)
  2. Galen offers undergraduates a 10% discount per credit hour if full tuition is paid within the first 2 weeks of the semester.
  3. The tuition for a graduate program is $750 per credit hour.
  4. There is a 20% pandemic discount being offered, this reduces the per credit hour cost to $600.

  • A willingness to work hard, expand academic skills, strengthen character, respect others, keep abreast of social issues, analyze social problems, work in interdisciplinary groups and apply knowledge and skills acquired to solve social problems
  • A commitment to high standards of personal ethics in all human interaction at Galen University.
  • A Cumulative GPA of at least 2.50 on a 4.00 Grade Point Scale from your feeder institution
  • A required proof English proficiency evidenced by one of the following: ATLIB English score of 60 or above, CXC General Grade 1 or four (4) semesters of University-level English classes with a cumulative grade of 2.50 or above (applicants without any of these qualifications will be required to take four semesters of College English)

High School Graduates:

  • Completed Application Form
  • $60.00 Application Fee (non-refundable)

  • One copy of your diploma
  • One copy of any of the following test scores: ATLIB, CXC, ACT, SAT
