The Angela Boškin Faculty of Health Care (FZAB) is a young, modern and ambitious faculty. If you are determined to acquire the best knowledge in nursing, physiotherapy, health promotion and other health sciences, FZAB is the right study choice. FZAB is also the right choice for all those who are looking for a dynamic work environment with a large amount of development and research activities.
The study programs of FZAB are internationally comparable and are a response to the health needs of the population and include modern approaches in the field of health treatment and organization of the health system. At the faculty, we offer five study programs at all three Bologna levels. At the first Bologna level, we offer a highly specialized study in Nursing (VS), which is harmonized with the EU directive for regulated professions for the profession of registered nurse, licensed medical doctor, and a highly specialized study in Physiotherapy (VS). At the second Bologna level, we run two master’s study programs, Nursing (MA/2I.) and Health Promotion (MA/2I.). Doctoral studies in Health Sciences are available at the third Bologna level. We also have three accredited postgraduate study programs for improvement, i.e. Infections, related to healthcare (60 ECTS), Nursing in the field of mental health and psychiatry (60 ECTS) and Mentoring in a clinical environment (60 ECTS). There are other study programs in the process of preparation and accreditation.
