Admission Requirements for Freshmen:
- Graduation from any accredited high school in the country or abroad.
- Successful completion of the College admission test.
- Selection of a specific course.
- Submission of the following documents:
- Form 138 (High School Report Card)

Under the Republic Act 10931, also known as the “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act of 2017,” the Camarines Norte State College offers free higher education for eligible students. Here are the criteria for eligibility:

- Students who have not obtained a bachelor’s degree or comparable undergraduate degree from any public or private higher education institution (HEI).

Not Eligible for Free Higher Education:
- Students who have already obtained a bachelor’s degree or comparable undergraduate degree from any public or private HEI.

- Students who fail to complete their bachelor’s degree or comparable undergraduate degree within the prescribed period of the program.
