Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree Admission Requirements:

• Copy of Grade 12 Report Card (with the last grading period or semester completed)
• Passport size digital and colored 2×2 photo
• Letter of Recommendation
• Current School ID
• photo copy of good moral character from Highschool
• PSA Birth Certificate
• Certificate of Academic Award (for applicants who graduated with honors)

Graduate (Master’s) and Doctoral Degree Admission Requirements:

• Transcript of Records for All Relevant Completed Degrees
• Copy of (Undergraduate) Diploma or Certificate (For Doctoral Degree Admission copy of graduate diploma)

 – Certification of Financial Statement/Support or Endorsement letter from Benefactor, authenticated by the Embassy/Consulate of Country of Origin addressed to the University President;
 – Personal Letter of intent addressed to the University President;
 – Original copy of Red Ribbon (for transferees, submit a photocopy): Official Transcript of Records (translated in English), with Grading System or equivalent of grades;

 – Valid Visa (photocopy of Passport bearing the bio-page, latest arrival with valid authorized stay with at least 1 month);
 – Photocopy of valid Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR I) Card (if applicable);
