Applicants MUST pre-register on my. abit. barsu. by, creating a personal account of the applicant.
In your personal account, you must do the following:
1. fill in an electronic application / application form;
2. order a coupon for the date of submission of documents (date and time of arrival of the applicant at the address: Baranovichi, Voykov St., 21, academic building 2);
To participate in the competition, you must come to the selection committee PERSONALLY (no later than the deadline for accepting documents for the chosen specialty), taking with you the entire package of documents.
Applicants submit the following documents to the admission committee:
an application (electronic version) addressed to the head of the HEI in the form established by the Ministry of Education (filled in on the website http://my.abit.barsu.by/);
an identity document (passport) is presented by the applicant personally (original and copy);
certificate of general secondary education, or a diploma of vocational education and its supplements, or a diploma of secondary specialized education and its supplements (for persons who have received vocational education on the basis of general secondary education) original and copy ;
certificate of general secondary education, as well as a diploma of vocational education on the basis of general secondary education and its supplement or a diploma of specialized secondary education on the basis of general secondary education and its supplement (for persons who have received vocational education on the basis of general secondary education or secondary specialized education on the basis of general secondary education and eligible for admission to the HEI out of competition in accordance with paragraph 26 of the Admission Rules) (original and copy) ;
a copy of the certificate of general secondary education, a copy of the diploma of vocational education and its supplement, or a copy of the diploma of specialized secondary education and its supplement, certified by the head of the institution of higher education in which the applicant is studying (for persons studying in an institution of higher education and applicants for a second (subsequent) higher education);
originals of certificates of centralized testing (hereinafter – CT) conducted in the Republic of Belarus in the year of admission or in the year preceding the year of admission (original and copy);
medical certificate on the state of health in the form established by the Ministry of Health (1zdr / y-10) (original and copy);
six photographs sized 3*4 cm;
postal envelopes (1 pc.);
documents confirming the applicant’s right to benefits when enrolling for higher education (original and copy);
conscript’s certificate or military ID (original and copy)
If it is impossible for an applicant to arrive at the admission committee of the Higher Educational Institution for a good reason (illness, participation in international competitions, Olympiads, competitions, business trip or other circumstances beyond the control of the applicant, documented), the documents are submitted by the representatives of the applicants. The decision on the validity of the reason is made by the selection committees of the HEI on the basis of the submitted documents. If the reasons are recognized as disrespectful, the selection committees of the HEIs have the right to refuse to accept documents.
In addition, the admission committee is presented with:
extract (copy) from the work book, and (or) a copy of the civil law contract, and (or) a copy of the certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur (for applicants entering higher education in correspondence or full-time (evening) (at the expense of the budget) form of higher education);
certificate of confirmation of being on the list of the national or national team of the Republic of Belarus in sports, issued by the Ministry of Sports and Tourism (for applicants entering the correspondence or full-time (evening) form of education, included on the date of submission of documents to the selection committee of the HEI in the payrolls national or national teams of the Republic of Belarus in sports);
conclusion of a medical consulting or medical rehabilitation expert commission on the absence of medical contraindications for training in the chosen specialty (direction of specialty, specialization) and the qualifications to be awarded (for persons with visual impairments, hearing impairments, functions of the musculoskeletal system, disabled children under the age of 18 years, disabled people of I, II or III groups);
the conclusion of the state center for correctional and developmental education and rehabilitation or a certificate of mastering the educational program of special education at the level of general secondary education (for persons with visual, hearing, musculoskeletal disorders);
an agreement on targeted training of a specialist (worker, employee) – for persons participating in the competition on the terms of targeted training of a specialist;
a copy of the diploma of higher education with an attachment, and for students of a higher education institution – a written consent of the head of the institution of higher education from the place of basic study and a certificate stating that the citizen is a student (indicating the results of mastering the content of educational programs of higher education at the time of issuing the certificate) ( for persons entering to receive a second and subsequent higher education), as well as a certificate stating that higher education was received on a paid basis (for persons entering to receive a second and subsequent higher education at the expense of the budget for the first time). The consent of the head of the higher education institution and the indicated certificates are certified by the signature of the head of the higher education institution and the seal of the higher education institution;
recommendation of the pedagogical council of the educational institution;
recommendation of a military unit, body of the border service;
recommendation of the internal affairs body;
recommendation of an official in charge of general management of the combined guard of honor company in the preparation and conduct of state ceremonial events;
the petition of the relevant federation (union, association) for the type (s) of sports included in the register of federations (unions, associations) for the type (s) of sports, and in the absence of such a federation (union, association) – the petition of another republican federation (union, association) ) by type (s) of sports, as well as the original and a copy of the classification book confirming the presence of at least I sports category, or the original and a copy of the certificate of sports titles “Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus of International Class”, “Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus”, or a certificate , confirming sports achievements, issued by the Ministry of Sports and Tourism, the Department of Sports and Tourism of the Regional (Minsk City) Executive Committee;
the original and a copy of the certificate of sports titles “Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus of international class”, “Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus” or a certificate confirming sports achievements issued by the Ministry of Sports and Tourism, the Department of Sports and Tourism of the Regional (Minsk City) Executive Committee;
a certificate confirming sports achievements issued by the Ministry of Sports and Tourism, the Department of Sports and Tourism of the Regional (Minsk City) Executive Committee;
the original and a copy of the classification book confirming the presence of at least III sports category, or the original and a copy of the certificate of sports titles “Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus of international class”, “Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus”, or a certificate confirming sports achievements issued by the Ministry of Sports and Tourism , Department of Sports and Tourism of the Regional (Minsk City) Executive Committee (for persons entering the specialty “Sports and Pedagogical Activities (coaching with an indication of the type of sport)”.
The admission committee has the right to additionally request from the applicant the documents necessary for making the appropriate decision.
The originals of the classification book confirming the presence of a sports category, certificates of sports titles “Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus of International Class”, “Master of Sports of the Republic of Belarus” are returned to the applicant after checking copies of these documents with them.

Applicants from among orphans and children left without parental care, as well as persons from among orphans and children left without parental care:
Single ticket (original and copy).
Birth certificate (original and copy).
Information about the composition of the family.
Certificate of death of the parents or only the mother (father), in the absence of the father (mother).
Birth certificate (form No. 2), confirming that information about the father of the child was recorded at the direction of the mother.
A copy of the court decision on deprivation of parental rights or on the removal of a child from parents without deprivation of parental rights, certified by the seal of the court.
A copy of the court decision on declaring the parents incompetent, missing or declaring them dead, certified by the seal of the court.
Court verdicts that the parents were convicted and are serving their sentences.
The decision of the executive committee on the appointment of guardianship (if the child is in the care of relatives).
Certificates from medical institutions that parents cannot perform their parental duties due to a long illness.
The act of throwing a child, drawn up by the internal affairs bodies (if the child is abandoned by the parents).
Consent to adoption (if the parents abandoned the child).
A certificate confirming the fact that the child is on state support.

Foreign citizens and stateless persons (their representatives) submit the following documents to the selection committee of the HEI:
an application addressed to the head of the HEI in the form established by the Ministry of Education;
the original certificate (document) of education (with the exception of persons studying at an institution of higher education and entering for a second (subsequent) higher education, persons entering for higher education in a distance form) indicating the subjects studied and the grades (points) received on them ) – provided that these documents are recognized in accordance with the established procedure in the Republic of Belarus. Persons studying at a higher education institution and entering to receive a second (subsequent) higher education, persons entering to receive higher education in a distance form, have the right to submit a copy of the document on education;
the conclusion of the medical advisory commission issued by the territorial health organization of the Republic of Belarus (after passing the mandatory medical examination in the direction of the Higher Educational Institution) – for those entering the full-time (full-time) form of education;
a medical report on the state of health and a certificate of the absence of HIV infection, issued by the official health authority of the country from which the candidate came;
original (copy) of the birth certificate;
certificate of graduation from the faculty of pre-university training, the preparatory department, the preparatory courses of the HEI (at the end of the faculties of pre-university training, the preparatory departments, the preparatory courses of the HEI).
The listed documents, executed in a foreign language, are simultaneously accompanied by their translation into Belarusian or Russian, certified by a notary.
