Azzaytuna University – جامعة الزيتونة
Al-Zaytouna University is one of the public universities in Libya. It was previously known as Nasser International University, which changed its name to Al-Zaytoonah University after the February 2011 revolution. The university is affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education in the country. The university grants a bachelor’s degree in various disciplines and a master’s degree in some disciplines. The university is located in the city of Tarhuna, south of Tripoli, and has 21 colleges that cover the various disciplines that society needs from the humanities and applied sciences.
