- Formal letter of application
- ASI Form No. 6 (application form) – two (2) copies
- Official Transcript of Records (Original copy with Special Order)
- Foreigners should have their transcript of records authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in their country of origin or legal residence. A “SEEN and NOTED” stamp is not acceptable.
- Diploma or certificate of completion of any bachelor’s degree
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from the agency or organization the applicant is connected with

- Three (3) passport-size pictures (taken within 6 months) during the application period
- Passed the entrance test

Asian Social Institute Scholarship
- Scholarship for Dependents OWWA
A scholarship grant to qualified dependents of OFWs consisting of a maximum of Php 60,000.00 per school year until the completion of baccalaureate course (4-5 years). For incoming freshmen, the selection of scholars is determined through the DOST national examinations.
