STEPS TO APPLY
1 Application Form
A – Apply for acceptance to Turkish Universities by filling out and submitting the “Application Form” (select university and program)
B – You will receive an email confirming that we received your application.
C – Make a “PDF” copy of the identification page (picture page) of your passport,
D – Make a “PDF” copy of the High School Diploma and High School Transcript
E – Four Passport size picture
F – Certificate of achievement for scholarship application (if any)
G – Send all PDFs to (firstname.lastname@example.org) or directly upload when filling application form.
Send us the registration fee, payable by credit card or you can send us a wire transfer to QNB Finansbank (please ask us for the information to do the wire transfer).
Charges are as follow: $195 (Registration*) + $90 (Express Mail)
Once the payment is confirmed we will issue the following documents:
- Acceptance Letter
- Academic Calendar, Schedule of Classes
- Other Information about the school that will be helpful to yo
We will send you these documents by express mail unless you give us different instructions and you will receive them at the address indicated by you within 7 days. This time may vary according to your geographic location.
4 Apply for Student Visa
A- If you need visa come to Turkey: Make an appointment with the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in your country.
B- There will be a separate fee to make the appointment with the Consulate which you need to pay in your country of origin.
5 Orientation and First Day
All new students must take the Placement Test and attend our International Student Orientation on the date indicated in their Acceptance Letter.
First, a Placement Test is given to each student in order to measure general Turkish language skills prior to starting training at University.
If student don’t speak Turkish they will study one year Turkish Preparatory at university.
After orientation is over, you will be assisted individually to complete your registration process. You need to be prepared to pay for your tuition. Payments can be made by cash, debit card, check or credit card.
