Wisconsin International University College Admission Requirements

Academic Calendar: Spring semester (January – April); Summer semester (May-August); Fall semester (September-December)

Information to all Freshmen

  1. The registration period is from 22nd January – to 10th March, 2024.
  2. Lectures will commence on 24th January 2024.
  3. A provisional timetable is available to all students here.
  4. New students are required to pay 75% of their tuition fee to register for the immediate activation of their official student emails.
  5. New students are required to have a student ID to participate in lectures and examinations.
  6. New students are to contact Academic Affairs Unit for a redress of their concerns at academic_affairs@wiuc-ghana.edu.gh
  7. Details of orientation for all Freshers will be communicated in due course.
  8. All Freshers are required to undergo a compulsory medical screening.


Medical Screening for Freshers

All students (Local and International) are required to undergo a health screening prior to admission to determine their medical fitness to pursue the programme of study at the University. 

You are required to complete the health screening at the Campus Clinic. The health screening fee is GHS 500.

  1. Pay your fees and show proof of payment to the finance office (Ground Floor Block ‘C’)

Students Loan Trust Fund

The Students Loan Trust Fund gives loans to Ghana tertiary students who are pursuing accredited programmes in accredited tertiary institutions. These students must have gained admission to pursue undergraduate programmes only.

  1. Register at any SSNIT office for a social security number.
  2. Have a personal e-mail address and Provide your Ghana Card.
  3. Register for an e-zwich card.
